STAY OVER TAX IMPOSED TO ALL ACCOMMODATIONS IN GREECE AS OF 01-JANUARY-2018: A new levy — or the so-called “stay over tax” — will be imposed as of 01-January-2018, to hotels and furnished rooms/apartments for rent and calculated based on the number of overnight stays and the category of the accommodation unit, ranging from 50 EURO cents to EURO 4 per room. • "Class B" accommodation EUR 1.50 per room per night. The Mediterranean has been one of the most prestigious hotels in Rhodes ever since its opening. Its excellent location, spacious rooms and superb service really makes it a unique place to stay. The hotel is in an excellent condition; however, it isn’t renewed according to nowadays design & trends yet.
